Business Development Manager - Digital Services for KSA office

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in digital services with a focus on Microsoft solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our digital services.
  • Present and demonstrate solutions to clients, articulating their value in optimizing business processes and driving digital transformation.
  • Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts to close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client accounts post-sales, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
  • Track all business-related invoices and monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is a significant advantage.
  • Proven record of sales growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
Arabic speaking skills are highly desirable.
Location: Saudi Arabia.
